January is a great month to set a new goals for rest of the year, start a new habits and quit the bad ones. This is why WCI Oxford school will be holding the Yoga seminar for children age 5 – 12. During this seminar children will learn about healthy body, mind and spirit. They will practice breathing techniques that will help them to calm down and relax, they will learn about yoga and stretching.
