Great Milton Athletics Club

The main training session takes place at Horspath athletics track on Wednesday evenings 6:00–7:30pm. There is another session on a Saturday morning in Great Milton. Summer training concentrates on running, hurdling, jumping and throwing. Winter training focuses on endurance running and cross-country training.  Athletes are invited to join from age 8. Our eldest junior members compete in the U15 age group.

Harcourt Hill Junior Park Run

A FREE 2km run for juniors only (4-14 year olds) held every Sunday at 9:00am. The aim is to have fun. Please come along and join in whatever your pace! Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee in the Brookes Sports Centre Café – please come and join us!

Oxford City Athletic Club

All athletes are given an opportunity to learn the elements of running, jumping and throwing. We train children from age 8+, and introduce them to competition when they have begun to master the basic athletic disciplines of movement, speed, strength and endurance. Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Rock Solid

Rock Solid, based at Brookes Sport Headington, is Oxfordshire’s premier climbing wall.

Kids open sessions are designed for 5yrs+.  The session is a supervised climbing experience of bouldering and bottom-roped climbing. Mondays and Fridays 4.30-6.00pm. Book on 01865 48 4373.

School Holiday Specials: Tuesdays and Thursdays 2.30-4.00pm

Rock Stars Kids Club (NICAS accredited): teaches basic climbing through to lead climbing. 6 week course on Sundays for ages 7-17.
