Where the Wild Things Are – Hogacre Common Eco Park

Celebrate the dawn of the summer holidays in the wilderness of Hogacre Common Eco Park.

Timetable
10am – When the wild things stretch and yawn
Adults yoga brunch (booking essential)

11.15am – When the wild little things stretch and play
Family yoga lunch (booking essential)

12 midday – When the wild things graze
Cafe at Hogacre Common opens, serving vegetarian bakes, salads and cakes until late…

1 – 4pm – When the wild things get stuck in
Lend a hand with the Hogacre Common work party, helping tend the land and look after our very own community eco park! No experience neccessary – all help welcome.

2pm – When the wild things have story time
Gather around to listen to Helen read the story of ’Where the wild things are’ by Maurice Sendak.

2.30pm and 3.30pm
– When the wild things wander and wonder
Family nature walks around the common
– When the wild things are born
Create creatures as wild as your imagination as part of our collaborative drawing game

4.30pm until late – When the wild things thirst and hunger
Booze and hearty bowls to feed your soul from the Cafe at Hogacre Common

5pm – When the wild things ponder
Hogacre’s Uncommon Knowledge Quiz **nature special**

7pm until sunset
Sizzling soulful disco delicacies slip into eclectic electric beats as the sun slides from the sky and the moon rises.
