Each workshop is designed to inform mothers on foods that will nourish a mother and her baby, foods that will give energy, foods that will boost mood and help balance post pregnancy hormones. There will be opportunities for lots of discussion and questions, all washed down with drink of choice, samples of yummy, quick eats and raw treats. Each mother will walk away with a tips sheet, a few recipes and a packed soup.
