Flourish at Flo’s Health and Wellbeing event for families, parents, carers and children under 5, held in partnership with OxNEST.
OxNEST is a new project supporting events and experiences, which enhances the wellbeing of children 0-5 in Oxford City.
As part of this initiative we are hosting an all day event for children from birth to 5 and their families. This event is free to attend and everyone is welcome!
There will also be tasters sessions of:
* The Lullaby Choir
* Parachute games
* Meditation
* Yoga for adults and children
